Publisher Description
From USA Today Bestselling author KL Donn comes the fourth book in the Adair Empire, a dark romance series.
Arriving in Alaska, Atticus Kincaid has one mission – watch Thomas McCray's sister. After weeks of waiting with no indication the Empire's enemy is going to show up, Atticus makes his presence known.
Catalina McCray was raised in the wilds of Alaska by a mother who ran from a past so dark Catalina was left defenseless. When Atticus storms into her life, Cat is unprepared for the explosions about to come her way. Even though he's ruthless, arrogant and demanding, he gives her body things she didn't know she wanted.
With their desires taking over, and a lack of appearance with their matching foe, will they be ready when McCray comes for them? Will this be the time the Adair Empire wins, or will Thomas strike again?

The Adair Empire is a dark, graphic, romance series, with more triggers than I can list. Proceed with caution.

I love Atticus
Atticus is book four in the Adair empire series. I didnt think this series could get any better but it did. I devoured this story, i freaking love Atticus. I liked that he wanted Catalina. He didn’t punish her or treat her bad because of her connection to his enemy. The passion adn chemistry between Catalina and Atticus was undeniable. I liked that Catalina was able to share her dark desires with Atticus and experience them. Overall, despite their differences, i thought Catalina and Atticus were perfect for one another. They are like light and dark, day and night yet they go together perfectly. I will admit that i wanted Catalina to open her eyes and see what Atticus was saying about her brother was true. I know she kind of did but i guess that she got given a new family member only to be told that they were going to be taken away. Either way, i was glad when she saw the evil and even went as far as to save her man and try and protect him. The storyline for this book is easy to follow and an action packed read. I cannot wait for the next book in this series. I need Carver’s book now!
