The opinion of the court was delivered by This is an appeal from orders denying a defendant's successive motions to set aside a default judgment against him in each of two cases consolidated herein. The record on appeal in each case is identical in every respect to that in the other except as to the name of the plaintiff and the amount of the judgment, and everything said herein is applicable to each case.
