Awaken the Giant Within

This book is pretty short compared to a lot of the other self help books out there which some people might assume means that its very light on content. This is not at all the case in my opinion and while it might not be a fully encompassing book it does manage to give the user a wealth of compacted belief conditioning methods in a short amount of time. And because its so short you can easily go over it again to reinforce those beliefs because repetition and time is the key to creating that new behaviour.

I like the way he talks about setting goals and how many years you think it might take for you to achieve them. With this way of thinking you start imagining ways to make those realities’ come to fruition. I literally just finished the book so its still early days for me but I already feel empowered to make changes because change as scary as it may seem at first is the only way to make something new happen in your life.

Great book and will be read again and again. Very motivating and inspiring.
