This book is designed to help its readers awaken by becoming 'Aware of Awareness' and then through investigation of each moment of experience come to a valid conclusion of self-identity. That is to discover, and identify with, That which is deeper than the body/mind. It is the author's seventh book on this subject and is based on 40 years of spiritual search, meditations and contemplations.
