I'm a constant craver
The ebook only took a couple of minutes to download. Seems very informative so now it's up to me. Starting reading it (whilst I nibbled on a bag of Bombay mix) & came to the conclusion I'm a constant craver (I'd only just eaten a curly wurly).
In all seriousness I'm sure the diet would be good for me but I'm not a fan of diets as they just make me food obsessed but I will be taking some of its advice. Thank you to all involved.
