A murder. A mystery that will change everything.

Will Jaeger's family are gone, and they're not coming back.

But there's one thing he can fix. His best friend has been found dead, and he's going to catch the monsters that killed him.

To do it, Jaeger assembles an expert team of ex-SAS soldiers. They must head deep into the Amazon rainforest. It seems his friend was on the trail of an old Nazi bomber.

And someone definitely wants it kept secret. As things go wrong, and Jaeger closes the net on his friend's killer, he comes to realise one thing.

Everything is connected. And, for one man, the War never ended . . .

A modern, edge-of-your-seat thriller, shrouded in the shadows cast by Nazi Germany. Great for fans of Gregg Hurwitz, James Swallow, and I Am Pilgrim.

A real page turner!

Bought this as have read several of Bear's books over the years and am a fan of his tv shows. This story has an excellent plot, and from the first couple of pages it was obvious that Bear had written it; he writes like he speaks! A good solid story that can easily rival many modern Hollywood movies incorporating action, adventure and the tortured hero. I get the sense that Bear was writing about himself, his family and the various people he has crossed paths with when writing this. But a good yarn throughout and looking forward to the next instalment.

Wow, ghost flight was a great story filled with fact & fiction in the plot and I couldn't stop reading it! I really want to know what happens next in book 2, its left me wondering?! Curious!

A good if at times improbable yarn which kept me entertained throughout but left me in suspense when it came to an abrupt end, tantalising me with an inviting to read the rest of the story in the follow-on book. I feel rather cheated.
