BEFORE YOU LEAD

A Practical Guide for Church Singers, Musicians, Worship Leaders & Gospel Artistes

BEFORE YOU LEAD is a practical and thought-provoking guide for those called to serve God through music and worship ministry. It looks beyond talent, gifting and public visibility to address the character, spiritual foundations, responsibilities and principles that should precede effective leadership.

Toye Olayinka challenges worship leaders and ministers to understand that who you are becoming must come before what you are leading.

Whether you are preparing to lead, already serving, or growing into greater responsibility, this book invites you to build the inner life, character and spiritual foundation necessary to lead well.

Before you lead others, allow God to lead you.
