Dr. Steve Lister was a dedicated, talented OB/GYN with a small but growing practice. But hiding beneath the facade of his normal, routine world was a dark and sinister secret: his obsession with increasing women's gestational capacity.

When Erika, a spoiled and vapid 18-year-old girl walks through his door, Dr. Lister sees the opportunity he's been waiting for: a blank slate, the perfect canvas. He immediately sets about transforming Erika's body (by hook or crook) into the ultimate incubating machine, pumping her full of experimental drugs and ensuring an amazingly fruitful conception.

Now bursting with THIRTEEN little bundles of joy, Erika struggles to accept her rapidly changing body and Dr. Lister's increasingly controlling presence in her life.
