Excellent read and extremely inspiring - I read this story when I had just completed day three of putting my demons to Bed and will inspire me to succeed.
A totally gripping read … truly inspirational.
Think of your worst nightmare … then make plans to face it head on. This is what Rob did when he tackled his depression and anxiety, by camping on the streets of London for 10 days with no money.
Rob – you may not make the Avengers list, but there’s definitely a new hero in town.

This is a truly inspirational book.
I couldn't put the book down for 2days solid. This has really changed my perspective of certain things.
This books allows you to consider the worse side of life and see how people deal with the unfortunate situations that they go through. Rob, showed us that you can achieve anything you set your heart to but can also help others around which are in the same dilemma.
I recommend everyone to read this book, it's my favourite book by far and has definitely got me back into reading.
