I cried the whole way through
This book relates to me very well, it bought all sorts of flashbacks to me and I cried the whole way through. It helped me understand that I'm not the only person that feels this way. It helps me accept that my parents are to blame here and there....I now feel refreshed. Although there's a few spelling mistakes here and there I definalty recommend it to people going through self-harm, and also to people who know someone who is going through it, this will teach you how to not treat them and make it worse!!
