We want more!!
Probably the best book on Blondie you will ever read !! The book captures the visceral energy that sees a band come from nothing to form one of the greatest pop art bands we have ever known . It charts their triumphs and their bumps along the way the road to stardom!! What is clear is that had they not been screwed over they would have been bigger !! But you get the feeling that without it the money, the adulation they came through because the desire to express themselves was stronger than anything else. They are extraordinary people and came through in an era that was about can do . Punk spirit! Bands dong have that now and it's clear because you will always remember a Blondie song. Debbie and Chris' relationship their love ,what they lived through is respectfully written. This is what real bands are made of ! Titanium tough and nobody really expected it!! A must have , must read for anyone who wants to have a window into the Blondie phenomenon!!
