Golden nuggets in every chapter

Some very easy to pick up and apply tips that have already improved me and my daughter’s relationship.

shazia4 ,

Highly recommend

The first parenting book that I have read and I am so glad I did. The exercises and case studies make it easier to digest. Will definitely reread as my baby daughter goes through phases and will use it as a reference guide as well.

Recommend to all, even those who aren’t parents as you can explore a lot of your own childhood and make sense of your own attachment style, behaviours and personality.

Mrs Ebeid ,

Every parent should read this - whatever age of the child

This is a real eye opener and positive in how parenting is approached. Not being negative about the past/now but being positive about how to make the now/future relationships of us and our children even better!
