Publisher Description
Expect to laugh out loud in this bosshole/assistant romcom.
"You're not the boss of me…"
Single dad Jude refuses to employ a new personal assistant because they all just want to sleep with him. The only woman in his life is six-year-old Addison, his darling daughter.
Receptionist Pippa is offered the PA job by Jude's mother, a client at the hairdresser's where she works. It's an offer she can't refuse given the high salary that comes with managing a troublesome boss, and her own family responsibilities caring for a sick mother and her siblings.
Sparks fly as Jude tries to drive her away and Pippa refuses to budge.
Who's actually the boss? Probably neither of them; not when there are meddling children around...
This story first appeared in a limited time anthology entitled Then There Was You in 2019.

Fabulous
Piper had worked at Paradise, a high-end hair and beauty salon in Knightsbridge for the past 9 years. She was their receptionist, although their was more involved with her job than that.
Ann was a client that she had gotten close to over the years. They often swapped stories about their lives. Ann had a son, Jude that went through too many assistants. The worse one had ended in a pregnancy that resulted in him having sole custody his six year old daughter Addison.
He desperately needed an assistant and Piper had decided that she needed a change. Her home life was exhausting. Her mum had MS and her younger siblings were ten and six. Maybe a new job was in order…
With two six year old mini moguls that hit it off instantly, to mixed up moments, plenty of tears, and lots of passion, this is an absolutely brilliant read to add to your library. Fabulous.
