We all recognise that we need to keep our brain's active, and our interests alive. We are also very aware, particularly since the Covid-19 lockdowns, of the positive impact of having good lively social interactions; these cognitive skill-based games offer an enjoyable and pleasing approach to exercising our brains whilst interacting socially. The fact that they can be played both face-to-face or whilst logged-in to one of the many online communications platforms -such as Zoom or Teams, ensures that they remain current relevant whether we have to remain in home, or whether life returns to pre-2020 conditions.

These challenges can be carried out across a wide range of ages, both with small groups through to large' and with individuals and teams. Whilst some tasks require general knowledge, most of the challenges require players to utilise different cognitive skills, which are less age specific; you will sometimes be amazed at how well younger team members can complete these problems.
