Will Brandon and Kasha get through this?
Another wonderful book by Dale Mayer as we delve into the 13 book of the Heroes for hire series. Books before we see Brandon’s friends coming to work for Levi’s business, legendary security, and Brandon is now here for a job. Unsure what to do he stays on the outside watching the fluid way everyone one is together. A job comes through and we meet Kasha, a young woman who is worried about her boss because he hasn't come home from seeing one of his compounds in Africa.
Off Brandon goes with Harrison in tow to help and find out what is going on. 2 other colleagues are there as they try and find their friend Bullard who wants to open a security business there. We have a plot of arms running and those that want their compound back. A race against time to protect those that need it and those around them from corrupt officials, bad men and those desperate to get their stuff back. Can Kasha, Brandon and Bullard survive long enough to figure out what’s going on? A great story from start to finish that had me devouring it in one sitting. I was on the edge of my seat trying to read faster to see what was going to happen.
