Oh my wow! Maggie & Porter’s story is emotional & swoon-worthy. I was cheering so hard for them through their journey to HEA. Grab some tissues because there are some heartfelt moments along the way, along with laughter and messy life lessons. Kait Nolan weaves the perfect blend of family, heartbreak, humor and love at last. Don’t miss out! ~USA Today Bestselling Author J.H. Croix
"That girl who got knocked up in high school.”
Maggie Reynolds moved all the way to Los Angeles to escape that reputation, but she still hears the whispers of old scandal every time she comes home to small town Tennessee. For twelve long years, she's lost herself in work, determined to prove that she's more than one foolish, teenage mistake. But as each of her sisters has found love, she's feeling the keen edge of loneliness.
After losing his chance with Maggie to tragedy years ago, Porter Ingram has contented himself with the friendship they've rebuilt. His love for her is an open secret she refuses to see. But when Maggie's forced to take a sabbatical from work and comes home to Eden's Ridge, he knows it's time for her to face more than the demons she left behind.
Though he's been her steadfast rock for years, Maggie's blindsided by Porter's declaration--and seduced by the second chance he offers. As they navigate the rocky path from friends to lovers, Maggie faces the local gossip with her head held high. But the painful past they've put away is full of secrets that just might destroy the foundation of their forever.

Another good read from Kait
Loved visiting the Reynolds family again and catching up with them all as we journey with Maggie and learn her story. Once again we have a wonderful guy in Porter, who has loved and supported her from afar and they now have a chance to be a couple. Enjoyed the side stories of the artisans and building their community with Maggie and Porter’s initiatives. Another good story from Kait based around good family.

Loved it!
Yet another great book from Kait Nolan. I won’t give away the storyline, I’ll just warn you not to start reading just before teatime, as you’ll want to read straight through till bedtime (and then your children get grumpy!). Really loved it and just wanted to keep reading to find out what happened next!

Fabulous sweet and vibrant small town romance series
This was a fabulous instalment in the life, love and stories of the owners of the Misfit Inn. So much has happened since we met this quirky and maybe a little messed up bunch; but since the loss of their mother, the adopted sisters have been finding their way... usually back to Mississippi and the Misfit Inn.
This story is no exception within this wonderful series, it is full of laughter and joy, self discovery, family and romance. This quirky group give the readers an exciting and emotional journey, with the destination being family, in whatever form that might take.
I highly recommend this book and series, as well as Kait Nolan’s Wishful and Wishing for a Hero series... you won’t be disappointed.
