Enjoyable
A really lovely read. Seems rather too close to Jane eyre, but if you love JE and want a quick uncomplicated version to tide you over, this is beautifully written. This is what JE would have been if Jane's father had lived and Mr R had never been to Jamaca, very satisfying.
