Bubba, Bees and Bugbys

Eleven-year-old Cecil Bugby is spending his Christmas holidays with Grandma in her log home on the Texas Coastal Plain. Grandma's honeybees have swarmed away, so Cecil takes it upon himself to find them. Lost in the woods, he befriends a nine-band armadillo, Bubba, who helps Cecil to find the beehive. Is it that simple to bring the bees back? Surely not. Heroic Cecil undergoes a saga starting when he is taken captive by an army of bees. Will he survive all hardships and escape? Will Grandma, Dad, and Sergeant Molly ever see Cecil again?
