A very special introduction
This is a deceptively simple, very clearly written book. It touches on the important points of Buddhism with a minimum of froth and bubble and arcane terminology. It offers clear and practical lessons on how to increase your self-awareness. I consider this a very special book, and so far I've read it three times.

Great for anyone new to the subject, lots of good clear info
Buddhism plain crap more like!!
Unfortunatly i couldnt give any lower stars. Do not get this if your interrsted in buddhism! Waste of time and money.
