Bug: The Journey

Maddy, a young ladybug, has a big secret. A secret that she hopes her family and friends never find out. The truth is—she can't fly!

One day, she puts on her bravest smile, and happily skips into the forest. She climbs atop the highest leaf she can find, closes her eyes, and imagines herself soaring high into the sky. She jumps off and hopes for the best. Suddenly...

THUMP!

But how can this be? Clearly something must be wrong that is beyond her control. "Someday I will learn how to fly!" she promises. "All the way to Chocolate Mountain and beyond!"
