“Vikings?” she whispered to herself.


This got their attention, but their stance didn’t change so she continued.


“You’re Vikings? Aren’t you? Are you serious? This is amazing! Vikings?!” she said excitedly.


One of the two men slowly stood up and walked towards her. She couldn’t be certain since she was lying down, but it looked like he was easily 6’4” or 6’5”. He loomed over her.


She watched openmouthed as he removed his cloak and unbuckled his scabbard. With his cloak gone, the light from the fire accentuated the contour of the muscles in his arm.


Clara swallowed as he silently knelt down next to her. She brought her knees in closer, foolishly thinking that would give her more security some how. He glanced at her “secured” legs and smirked quietly. His piercing blue eyes almost looked like they were laughing at her.


She tried to inch farther away from him. “W-what are you doing?” she stuttered hesitantly.


In quiet response, he brought out a dagger and grasped the bottom of her shirt and ripped it right down the middle. Clara yelped in fear and tried to scramble back, but his giant hand was on her leg and he held on tight.


She sat frozen in fear, with her shirt ripped open and the top of her breasts peaking through.


Clara sat still, staring at him, as he inched closer to her until his mouth was hovering over her ear. And then he gruffly whispered one word into her ear, “Vikingr.”
