I guess you could say she was underneath matter to begin with, causing it to ripple all around as she expanded rapidly into being. Chance dancing particles reached out and started transforming matter from the cloud and wind storm all around her. She took on a form of sorts...and an amorphous shape, consisting, as she now did, of wild wind and cloud. There were no feelings, or sounds or colours; but something like a memory of these faintly breathing on her consciousness, detached as she still was, but there were now shadows of mountains staunch against all this swirling. She had no control over this, and something approaching curiosity saw her wonder briefly, but predominantly enjoy this coming into being...Any moment now those first feelings...
