I never get tired of trying new chocolate recipes, and this book certainly delivers great inspiration. I am a fan of rich and indulgent recipes- the richer the better as far as I’m concerned- but my partner favours slightly lighter options, so I was pleased to see that this book offers both. The Chocolate and Raspberry Panna Cotta is wonderfully light and elegant- a real dinner party winner. I also enjoyed the Hot Chocolate with Baileys- because why shouldn’t these two spectacular ingredients be paired?! All in all, I’ve enjoyed using this book immensely. 70 recipes of this quality for this price is outstanding.
One of my best buys of 2012
Full of indulgent treats for the festive season and all year round. Indulgent, but not overly complicated- meaning you can get your chocolate fix reasonably quickly and for a reasonable budget. Stunning photos and an easy layout make this one of my best buys of 2012.
