Absolutely Beautiful and Poignant Story
This is a holiday romance and it is Tessa and Tre’s story. When a psychic at a Christmas party told Tessa to follow her heart she decided to go on a trip to visit her ex to see if that was what the psychic meant especially as she now had no bakery, money or life and on the plane she meets Tre but things go from bad to worse as they don’t get on at all and when there flight is grounded due to bad weather they end up hiring the last car available and start to take the journey together. Tre is in the army and on leave to visit his family for Christmas but when he shares a car with Tessa due to there flight being cancelled Tre is not looking forward to the journey as al he and Tessa do is argue, fight and bicker at each other and then they have a change in there route and end up visiting different places, do challenges and end up enjoying each other’s company. The attraction and chemistry between Tessa and Tre is strong and when they give in to how they feel and come together they are explosive but a surprise meets them at the end of their journey but will it make or break them apart. Wow this was a rollercoaster journey along with Christmas Magicthrown in to the mix and I loved Tessa and Tre together as they were so much fun and my heart went out to Tessa and what she had been through in her life and Tre had gone through his own betrayal that changed him so much and the course of his life. I couldn’t put this book down and it kept you engaged in the story right from the beginning and kept your attention throughout the whole book and I can’t wait to read more books by these authors in the future.
