This book was a great thing for me to read as I suffer from mental health quite badly, to the point I’m now in a psych hospital. However this book has given me some great tips and advice on how to deal and change my perception on life. However I thought the book was very short and thought it could have had a few more ways of how to cope this things. I found that some stuff were very repetitive. Apart from that. A great book.
