Confidence

Some of you may be thinking, "Isn't this just common sense? Of course confidence is better than non-confidence. Of course it impacts our lives. What are you telling us?" Absolutely. There is an intuitiveness to what I'm writing but, in my experience, even that which is intuitive requires great intentionality on our parts to achieve. I've seen way too many leaders (and followers for that matter) who live and work out of a place of insecurity and a lack of confidence.
