A must-read for anyone in Social and Community Management
After reading so many naff books on social and community, hearing Marc, Hannah and Ed talk of the common sense ten principles of Community, at #CMAD 2014, I felt urged to check out the book.
This is a superb missive on community, and a solid basis on which to build. Too many books on social are filled with absolute ephemeral pap, completely unactionable advice and the same tired anecdotes.
Connected is a refreshing read, and definitely should be in your 2014 business reads.
