Customer Reviews
Lovely recipes to read but a terrible reference book
This book has lovely recipes and thoughts to inspire the reader, but unless you love marking your your books with post-it notes, this is a difficult book to use for regular use. The table of contents is sorted by flavour/spice, not by ingredient or meal type, and there is no index listing the dishes and/or ingredients either, so you just haven’t to remember the name of the dish you want and what section you saw it in.
Hopefully they update this as it’s such a huge miss, poor choice by the editor.
