Crossed Connected

When Yank Caer, Vicar husband Ter and infant daughters Mare go to coastal Filey to visit friends, Mark and Mary Sever and their three daughter little do they suspect history almost repeating itself while trying to enjoy their holiday. Mark's father Ian has a new business venture away from fishing with his only son with art deco style nightclub complete with a self absorbed head chef and floor show starring Luscious Lola. As the foursome delight in the scrumptious food they soon learn the female impersonator is a man, Ronny Elliot but before leaving they are horrified as the chef is found dead in the dumbwaiter. Ian is suspected as he and the chef had a heated debate before the other was found dead. Someone has it out for the Sever clan but who? Both families are targeted, from Caer being shot at to losing staff, Mark's boat aflame. Finally after extorting Ian's confession is the killers story revealed, Ronny is overwhelmed and taken to prison only for him to escape later,leading Caer to believe they are next.
