DAMAGED MINDS

You see ... it's just a decision to start the process of
healing ... if you feel that life itself is overwhelming you ... but the most difficult thing is that actually ... into one
point ... you need to simply accept that ... you're damaged.
Mentally.
Emotionally.
As a human being ... but also as a soul.
Well ... the good side of the story is that ... once you'll start to meditate ... practicing what is called ... self-therapy ... you'll also begin to accept things ... just as they are.
That you're acting stupid.
That you're idiot.
That you don't really control yourself at all.
That you actually lost ... the connection with the inner self.
But ... no matter how it might look like ... being damaged ... is really nothing to be ashamed of.
Not really.
It's part of life.
A secondary effect of not really being able to manage the energies from the stage of reality.
The failure itself ... is indeed part of life ... and also part of my life.
So ... i write analysing and defining my own journey ...
explaining the nonsense which i am daily seeing while
opening my eyes ... in fact trying to be motivational into an abstract way ... convincing all of you to stop being ...
ashamed of your lives.
Cause ... you shouldn't really be.
