Great book in true Cole fashion... although, I guessed the ending early in the book so there were no surprises for me! Still, couldn’t put it down and finished it within days. All in all - a great read

As always, a brilliant read.

Tedious and repetitive

It starts quite good but soon becomes very repetitive, the same sentences are repeated constantly, the way the characters are described. There is something very wrong about an ex policewoman who caught some of the biggest killers to end up with such horrible, sexist, and violent man that is a full criminal. The ending is rushed and doesn’t make any sense, I think she must have had someone else as the perpetrators first as I remember at some point the killer said something about his old age, then it turned out its a teenager? Also, what happened to Bella and her excuse of a man?
