Tom Parker, retired Army Colonel and CIA Agent, called back in action by the President after American soldiers were killed in Afghanistan, killed by Afghanistan troops working with the CIA. If Tom went on a mission, she was going, Jenny wasn't just Tom's wife, she was a lawyer and a Hong Kong billionaire. The CIA had to protect the Company, so if she was killed, she had to be just another CIA Agent killed in the line of duty.
Somehow even with all the CIA's planning al-Garde escaped Afghanistan and was going to an island somewhere unlike any other island in the world.
What was different about this island to any other island in the world. Tom found that this island didn't allow any motorized vehicle of any kind. So, the chase was on because no matter where al-Garde went. Tom was going to find him and bring him to justice.
Tom had to find that island no matter where it was in the world and capture or kill al-Garde and end the terror he had caused Americans. So, the chase was on could Tom and Jenny move fast enough to find or kill al-Garde before he killed more Americans?
