That future is made all the more certain when her mother threatens to leave her out of her substantial will unless Jamie brings a suitable date to her wedding. Recently paroled antiquities thief Cliff Weston is desperate to change but needs a loan from an unconventional source to start his new security business. The catch: bring a woman of character to secure it. Then, he meets matchmaker Lorna Gray who offers him a dating opportunity he can’t refuse.

As Dinner for Six commences, Jamie, Cliff and four other unlikely singles are just about to dig into their main course, when bombs knock out the power in their small beach town throwing everything into chaos. 

After the smoke clears, a S.W.A.T. team arrives and a lockdown ensues trapping the diners together. As the night goes on, masks fall, secrets are revealed, love between diners sparks and fizzles, and the biggest heist in Manhattan Beach history is going down… and someone at the table might be behind it all.
