Another amazing read from Audrey Carlan
Before starting Divine Desire, I had completely lost my motivation to want to read anything, this has never happened to me before, as I love reading, but I found that I just couldn't get into anything - then another Audrey Carlan work of art was delivered to my Kindle and I could not put my Kindle down, I was suddenly wishing I had booked those weeks off of work as I had originally planned.
The main characters are Atlas and Mila, both of which I found so easy to fall in love with, I loved the cheekiness of Atlas and the fire of Mila. I love how their relationship develops throughout the book, the storyline twists and turns in so many ways I had no idea where the relationship was going to go next, which I loved. Mila's best friend Moe is the sort of best friend any girl would want, she is always there and also a character you just have to love.
Atlas and Mila meet at Lotus House, both are part time Yoga instructors trying to make ends meet whilst fighting to achieve their dreams, Mila as an artist and Atlas as a musician. Although they appear so different on the surface, when they dig deeper into each other's souls they realise just how similar their lives have been and suddenly the connection between them cannot be ignored any longer.
Audrey Carlan has a way of writing that just gets you hooked to her books from the start, she has the magic and I hope that she never stops writing these amazing books for everyone to enjoy.
If you haven't picked up your copy of Divine Desire yet, do not waste another second, its an amazing read that you will not be able to put down.
Another amazing read
I have been a fan of Audrey's since I read the first chapter of January's calendar girl. From then on I have been hooked!!!
The Lotus house series has not disappointed every book in this series pulls you into the crazy lives of each yogi from Trent and Genevieve in resisting roots to Dash and Amber in Sacred Serenity and now Atlas and "wildcat" Mila in Divine Desire. Both characters come from the same kind of upbringing and both have their troubles with commitment and allowing themselves to feel and let loose in a relationship but when brought together they fit perfectly.
I loved this book so much along with all of the others!!! I can't wait to read the next one and find out about Mo and clay!!!
