But this Oz is a dystopian wasteland ruled by a tyrannical Dorothy—and as an outlander, Amy is the only one who can stop her. This twisted fairy tale features nonstop action and a wildly imaginative setting, but the dark themes might be best suited for older teens.

While Oz purists may howl with outrage over the subversion of a childhood favorite with some characters meeting gruesome ends Paige delivers a solid, intense, and strange narrative that draws deeply on its source material. Amazing! I couldn't put it down...
This book was amazingly written and thoroughly enjoyable to read, each chapter ends in a way which makes you want to read the next chapter. The story in this book is really interesting and I love the spin on all of the characters. Would 100% recommend!!
