I have never felt so seen

As a Chinese Indonesian, i am neither Chinese nor Indonesian. With this book I feel like I belong to a club of cool people though!
The persecution chinese indonesians face is whispered over family dinners and never in the history textbooks, as with other persecutions against minorities all over the world. I do hope this book paves the path for us to discuss our history.
