However, when repercussions from an episode in Twilight place Bella in the mortal danger that series fans have come to expect, Jake and Edward forge an uneasy alliance. The plot patterns have begun to show here, but Meyer's other strengths remain intact. The supernatural elements accentuate the ordinary human dramas of growing up. Jake and Edward's competition for Bella feels particularly authentic, especially in their apparent desire to best each other as much as to win Bella. Once again the author presents teenage love as an almost inhuman force: " would have been my soul mate still," says Bella, "if his claim had not been overshadowed by something stronger, something so strong that it could not exist in a rational world." I think Stephenie Meyer's twilight series - best books I have ever read.
If you love vampires etc, read this!!!
LOVE THIS BOOK
This is the best book ever I just couldn’t put it down!!! If Stephanie Meyer was not born I would be depressed. These books I read again and again and are what got me through lockdown. Don’t look at comments and say to yourself after seeing one bad comment that it is bad, read the other books, give it a shot. POSITIVELY RECOMMEND!!!! Please read it.
Twilight eclipse
This is the best book ever!!!! I am so glad that Bella picked Edward over Jacob Edward was always the best choice. I loved reading the book on iBooks it was so much easier! I didn’t need to carry around a massive book everywhere. But when I am home I loved to read it as a book slowly taking every word in I cannot wait for the next book!! I just wanted to say thank you Stephanie Meyer for making me feel that I wasn’t alone even when I thought I was. So thank you!!!🙂
