Original proceeding in this court upon the relation of Orrin Ericson for a writ of prohibition to restrain the district court for Hennepin county, Theodore B. Knudson, Judge, from enforcing an order of said court in an action against relator by Edna Bellows to cancel and rescind a lease and conditional sales contract on the ground of fraud and misrepresentation.
