Edna Daniels v. Krey Packing Company

John W. Wolfner, Jr., appeals the decision of the City of Frontenac Board of Adjustment upholding the denial of a building permit for the construction of a residence on two lots in the West End Park Subdivision. A brief dissertation upon the history of the development of Block 32 of the subdivision is necessary to an understanding of the issue presented.
