Edna R. Baker v. James W. Baker

From a judgment and decree awarding her an absolute divorce from defendant and from the courts intermediate order denying her motion for a new trial, plaintiff appeals on the ground that the court erred in awarding to plaintiff an inadequate share of the property, as well as an insufficient amount as permanent alimony and as support money.
