Educational Placement Services v. Fred A. Wilson

On this appeal we are asked to review a circuit courts order dismissing a suit on a Tennessee judgment on grounds the Tennessee court had neither personal jurisdiction over the Defendant nor was venue proper there. En route to our decision, we are also called upon to consider the effect of a long undenied request for admissions under Rule 36, Miss.R.Civ.P.
