Edward W. Wykoff v. Ida Rose Barton

This case was brought as a quiet title action to determine the rights of various parties in a right-of-way reserved by deed over a parcel of real property owned by defendant Ida Rose Barton. In 1973, a Utah corporation known as BAFCO, Inc. (not a party to this action), conveyed a parcel of real property to G. Devon Barton (now deceased and the defendant Ida Rose Barton by warranty deed.
