This is a workmen's compensation case. One Judge of the Nebraska Workmen's Compensation Court and later that court sitting
en banc dismissed the petition. On appeal to the district court, the dismissal was affirmed. The plaintiff has appealed. The basic issue is whether or not the plaintiff's claim is barred by the statute of limitations.
