Elmer C. Baumgarten v. W. J. Jones

Action for personal injuries sustained in an automobile accident. The collision occurred November 12, 1960, in the daytime, near the intersection of Highway 41 and Meade street. Highway 41 ran east and west with one lane for traffic in each direction. Meade street ran north and south. The applicable speed limit was 65 m. p. h. Traffic on Meade street was required to stop.
