Easy to read and provide quick wins

I loved that this book was short, as a busy entrepreneur, but still provided advice I could immediately apply. In fact I used the advice this week to request a testimonial and received one of the best I’ve ever had in my career. I’ll no apply the advice to ask for a referral to this same client. Thank you!1

Pamphlet, not a book

This is extremely short, and considering the price, really not worth the money.
