We were fascinated by Bronson’s past as a serious bodybuilder (with an equally serious steroid habit) and his early struggles as an unknown rapper. But the main story is his passionate love of food, from fine dining to late-night street tacos—which becomes a major problem when his weight reaches 363 pounds. Bronson is a funny, streetwise storyteller whose sky-high confidence and charm is balanced by relatable self-doubt.
