Like having your own conversation with Seamus Heaney

Because that is what this book is like - just turn on the sound track, sit back, maybe close your eyes, and it is as if he is in the room with you. The sound track, like the product, exudes quality.

Also, this editor's selection covers a lot of ground, and yet it fits together as snugly as Heaney's dulcet voice.

The ebook bits are elegant and intuitive and work cleanly and simply - Apple should be proud of this, as of course should Faber. That it is an epub file, and not an app, hopefully means it is easy for Faber to produce many more.

I am looking forward to them, having already bought a couple. Such a lot of pleasure for a few coppers.

I bought his eBook on the day Seamus Heaney died as I did not know his poetry. This small volume is an excellent introduction to his work and has inspired me to read more.
