Failures of State
This book should be read by everyone. It is a perfect balance between giving facts, many of which are unpleasant and being readable. It is also very upsetting, in places, making it even more important everyone reads it. It also gives a good insight into how government works which, as a body elected to protect our interests, can simply do what it likes.
Extremely harrowing but necessary read
An extremely harrowing but necessary read, particularly if you don’t work in healthcare and hadn’t heard the horrifying stories from the front line. It made me appreciate front line workers all the more.
