Publisher Description
Unexpected
Always impetuous, this time Sara’s really landed herself in hot water. Caught photographing forbidden locations in a foreign country, she’s in jail and no one knows where she is.
Diplomacy needed
Sheikh Kharun bak Rijad learns the daughter of the chief negotiator from the United States is in a remote jail accused of spying. To allow the courts to proceed would have international consequences. Yet, not to act, would cause internal conflicts at the highest levels of his government.
Outlandish proposal
A hastily conceived plan might buy them enough time to close the deal worth millions and avoid any international repercussions. Can they fool the world into thinking they’re in love?
Customer Reviews
4.5 stars for another great book in the series!
A great second book in the series, well written, with good characters but I am afraid the first in the series is still my favourite!
Sara and Kharun are strong characters, but I didn't 'click' with them as quickly as I did with Laura and Tal in book one - hence my rating of 4 stars, if it had been possible I would have given 4.5 stars as I enjoyed the plot and the interactions between the characters, even if I did want to shake Sara at times for being a little negative! The sparks and fireworks were all there and I read this in one sitting.
I am looking forward to the rest of the series....you can never have too many billionaires!
I was sent an ARC of this book in exchange for an honest review.
