Taking A Step Back To Get Their Forever
Ford had sworn off relations since he became a single dad and because of this, the only woman in his life was his best friend Luna. On the other hand, Luna had decided to take a break from relationships, after the disaster that was her most recent relationship. The moment Luna was in trouble, Ford stepped in to keep her safe and try to resolve the issue. Spending time together highlighted their attraction for each other, but they were unsure of acting on it. It took them spending time apart and the intervention of a precocious child, for them to get their act together and embrace their feelings towards each other.
I really enjoyed the journey Kaci Rose took me on with this story, which kept me glued to the pages and made it difficult for me to take a break once I started. It was a worthwhile read and I will be happy to recommend it.
